A little bit about John Blesso...
I like pork fat and duck fat and gin and calvados and hot peppers and stink-ass cheese and really one of my favorite things in the world is to eat a caprese salad using tomatoes and basil and oregano grown out on my deck served with fresh mutz over bread that I've baked myself and then adding prosciutto for good measure and washing it down with a big glass of red and when I say big, I'm not talking volume, I mean something that's not a wussy pinot noir, I'm talking about a cab or a malbec or maybe even a bruising, opinionated zin that will kick your ass and steal your lunch money...
