Watermelon, Feta and Mint Salad

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

1/2 seedless watermelon, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1-2 package(s) of feta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 bunch of mint, chopped
2 limes, juiced
black pepper

Instructions:

add first 3 ingredients into a large bowl
add lime juice to taste (may not need all of it)
add pepper to taste (just to spice it up a bit)
gently toss
enjoy!
